Purchasing Process If you are considering building a home in
Village Gardens, we recommend that you first determine your budget range and
review the home style and lot size options that fit your budget.
All lots will be sold directly to the Village Gardens Builders but homeowners have the opportunity to select a lot and builder in Village Gardens. To reserve a lot a homeowner must do the following:
First determine the current ownership of the lot: 1. Builder reserved lot: If the lot has the builder’s initials (from the key on the bottom of the Original & 1st Addition map) on the lot, then you should contact that specific builder directly. You can request for a builder to ‘swap’ lots with another Village Gardens builder if you have a specific builder you are interested in using. 2. Unreserved Lot: Any lot that does not have an ‘R’ or a builders initial on the lot is available for reservation. Determine the lot you are interested in and select a builder from the Village Gardens team. Your builder will then help you officially reserve the lot with Village Gardens. 3. Reserved Lot: The lots with an ‘R’, have been previously reserved by another homeowner and are unavailable. After you have determined which lot and builder you are interested in:
If you’re timeline for building a new home is a few years out:

Check the Development Calendar for an overview of additional meetings and events occurring with Village Gardens. Lot purchasers may choose to build a home from the Village Gardens Library of Home Plans with dozens of home styles and numerous floor plan options. Library home plans are available at no cost with the purchase of a lot. Lot purchasers may also choose to design a custom home. Custom home designs must conform to Village Gardens Architectural Standards and receive the approval of the Architectural Review Board. The review board fee is included in the cost of the lot if a library plan is not chosen.
