For all multi-family residences, yard, sidewalk, and driveway maintenance are covered through association fees. Secondary Dwelling Units are allowed in certain circumstances.

  • Min 700 sf footprint with optional porch or stoop

  • Common wall shared with adjacent unit

  • 2-car, alley-entrance garage

  • Small rear yard

 

 

Mansion-Plex Homes
(Lot Type F)

  • Village Center and Neighborhood Center Zones

  • Four, six or eight-unit substantial apartments designed to resemble large single-family dwellings

  • Average 1125. ft. per residence with private porch and/or balcony

 

Courtyard Apartments
(Lot Type G)

  • Village Center and Neighborhood Center Zones

  • Multi-plex flats on two or three floors

  • Average 925 sq. ft. residences with private porches and/or balconies overlooking gardens or landscaped courtyard.

 Village Lofts

  • Village Center Center Zones

  • Loft apartments above retail or commercial space
