Location Village Gardens is a traditional neighborhood development planned for a 300-acre parcel of land that extends from the southeast corner of 56th Street and Pine Lake Road down to Yankee Hill Road. The Village Gardens neighborhood will be built in phases. Development will begin with the residential area near Pine Lake Road and 61st Street. Village Gardens is adjacent to the Thompson Creek and Big Thompson Creek developments, which run along 56th street from Thompson Creek Boulevard to Yankee Hill Road.
