Village Gardens
Master Site Plan Village Gardens is an innovative, inviting neighborhood that, with its wide array of residential styles, sizes and prices, welcomes people of all ages and family types. Village Gardens is comprised of four zones, each which incorporate a varied mix of housing types. The result is a diverse, attractive, and thriving neighborhood in which individuals can live throughout many stages of their lives. The zones are outlined below providing you an idea of the type of dwellings and commercial buildings that may be built within the zones. Please remember that the uses defined in these zones may be included, but will be dependent on the Lincoln market. Village Gardens will be developed in phases, starting with a northern residential segment and proceed southward.
Neighborhood Zones Key: Refer to The Homes section of this website for details on various home types that can be built within these zones. Village Center: The Village Center Zone is a mixed-used zone. It can include retail and commercial buildings, loft apartments over commercial space, community centers, apartments, multi-family mansion-plexes, and work/live row houses. Neighborhood Center: This Zone is similar to the Village General Zone with the exception that apartments are not included. Smaller commercial and community buildings may be allowed. Neighborhood General: Neighborhood General Zone is primarily residential, but is more urban in character. This zone includes cottage homes, village homes, and neighborhood homes of all sizes. Neighborhood Edge: The Neighborhood Edge is primarily for large neighborhood homes and manor homes.
